Kentucky Bar Foundation awards KCADV $34,000 for Interpersonal Protective Order trainings

A $34,000 Kentucky Bar Foundation grant will support KCADV in training K-12 and post-secondary shool administrators to assist students in obtaining Interpersonal Protective Orders (IPOs) and ensure safe learning environments.  The 2015 Kentucky General Assembly created IPOs to extend civil protections to individuals in dating relationships, and the law went into effect January 2016.

KCADV receives $45,000 JP Morgan Chase grant to support Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) partnership

The JP Morgan Chase Foundation has awarded $45,000 to a KCADV/KCTCS initiative that provides financial empowerment and domestic violence services to students at KCTCS's 16 colleges.  This grant will specifically support KCADV's work with Ready-to-Work students at Bluegrass Community and Technical College.
